Lighthouse Exploration, Inc. was founded by Gregory W. Garbe and Bowen W. “Bo” Waters as an independent oil & gas exploration and production company. Mr. Garbe and Mr. Waters are both registered professional engineers in the State of Texas with a combined 48 years of drilling, production, and reservoir engineering experience. Eldon S. West III and Newell E. “Rett” Fisher joined the company shortly after inception to round out the company talent base in the areas of geology and geophysics. Mr. West is a certified petroleum geologist with 27 years of experience, primarily in the Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas regions. Mr. Fisher is a certified petroleum geologist with 10 years experience in geology and geophysics in the Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas regions.

The company’s primary focus is to identify and develop prospects in the Texas Gulf Coast region. The company utilizes the latest in seismic and log evaluation technology in conjunction with advanced drilling and completion practices. This, combined with years of experience and knowledge in the prospective areas, allows us to uncover overlooked or bypassed reserve potential, identify smaller scale structures, and drill and complete these prospects effectively. The company is small and agile enough to move quickly and efficiently to identify these areas and bring them to market swiftly. We hold a strong belief that there still remains a substantial domestic onshore reserve potential. We believe that those reserves will be identified and produced by companies, such as ours, that have the ability to find the smaller scale structures, identify bypassed pay in existing fields, and are able to extract those reserves efficiently and economically. We feel our company is strategically poised for a prosperous future based on our company’s level of experience and expertise in the areas of our exploratory focus.
